Pricing

Project Based Pricing
- We are available to complete a project for a one time fee of $1,500.00 plus travel and project related expenses.
- This is a great option for a single employee search, departmental evaluation, external audit or other one time service.

Retainer Model
- Our retainer model is a wonderful option for any organization looking for ongoing service. The initial fee would create a relationship between your organization and First Round that would allow for on call services, on going evaluations, presentations and other longer term services.
- The initial retainer would hold service until the combination of project based expenses and/or hourly rates are expended and can be replenished at any time.

Hourly Rate
- The hourly rate option is amazing for short term services. It is a real money saver for services that may be able to be completed in a matter of hours or days.
- This option isn't advised for projects without a set time table or a moving time table. The project based fee would be the advised option.

Jonathan Sisk
Founder
Jonathan is the founder of First Round and has extensive athletics industry experience. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Sport Management and a Master's of Education in Sport Administration as well as experience across every level of athletics.
Little
Mascot
Little is one of two dedicated and fantastic canine volunteers at First Round. She manages the organization's case load of squeaky toys and provides excellent front door security.
Everitt
Mascot
Everitt is one of two dedicated and fantastic canine volunteers at First Round. He keeps track of the inventory of doggy snacks and is diligent to keep meal times running on schedule.
