Project Based Pricing

  • We are available to complete a project for a one time fee of $1,500.00 plus travel and project related expenses.
  • This is a great option for a single employee search, departmental evaluation, external audit or other one time service.

Retainer Model

  • Our retainer model is a wonderful option for any organization looking for ongoing service. The initial fee would create a relationship between your organization and First Round that would allow for on call services, on going evaluations, presentations and other longer term services.
  • The initial retainer would hold service until the combination of project based expenses and/or hourly rates are expended and can be replenished at any time.

Hourly Rate

  • The hourly rate option is amazing for short term services. It is a real money saver for services that may be able to be completed in a matter of hours or days.
  • This option isn't advised for projects without a set time table or a moving time table. The project based fee would be the advised option.
